About Us
Conficoach's story spans over a decade and counting.
I started my journey of coaching and mentoring in 2013. Not knowing much of the dos & donts, i learnt almost everything the hard way. Mistakes and blunders were everyday companions.
Trying and testing multiple niches, I started my journey with students as a career coach and, while working with them, got an opportunity to know their world closely. That also propelled to explore and know more about parenting. Though career coaching gave me the required visibility and authority, the result was far away. Plus, I never had a set program or process of my growth or even how and what I’ll do for my clients. And this continued for 8 years.
In these years, confidence waned as refining the niche and understanding the major challenge of VAPR took time. However, the dedication paid off, leading to gain clarity and confidence not only for myself but also on my program and the results I could generate for my clients. Slowly, the no swelled, and today, I have personally coached over 250 budding coaches through various channels.
Driven by the desire to spare others from similar struggles, ConfiCoach was born.
ConfiCoach is on a mission to help 10 million budding coaches gain confidence and clarity. Built on the strong foundation of values of integrity, impact, community, empowerment, and excellence, ConfiCoach embodies the journey from confusion to clarity and fear to confidence with a financial commitment of earning 3L to 5L in 120days.
